Kenobi Season 2 controversial and toxic plot leaks!
Many Kenobi fans are already begging for the series to produce more episodes. So much so that various rumors have claimed a “Season 2” of the series is already in the works. Those rumors are true. Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Moses Ingram, and James Earl Jones will be returning to Kenobi S2.
The project has been shrouded in so much secrecy that it’s hard to say what is real. Up until now, there’s been nothing concrete to go off of. But as of today, Kenobi fans are being warned to stay away from social media after a Reddit leak was found circulating online courtesy of someone who claims to be working behind the scenes. However, take the following information with a pinch of sand.
Reddit user Glup Shitto says that he worked as a consultant during the writing of certain key scenes, and he also overheard Ewan McGregor discussing the soon-to-be controversial plot while he was trying on a new Jedi robe.
Major spoilers are ahead for the Kenobi S2 streaming series. Read at your own risk.
A title card tells us it’s now “2 years later” and we’re back on Tatooine. Obi-Wan Kenobi S2 opens in space with a Qui-Gon Jinn voice-over. He tells the audience that there are many realities in the universe, some of them quite harsh. And that there’s always a bigger fish. The voice-over ends with Qui-Gon Jinn faintly whispering something about Grogu. The camera pans down. We then see Kenobi feeding his space camel a little sliver of fish. He tells the space camel that in order to understand the future, we must travel back to the past. We then get a 15-minute prequel recap with new footage.
Each bullet point is a different scene, and not necessarily in order.
* The new Kenobi logo is a deeper brown color; it's definitely got some serious Tatooine vibes.
* The first scene after the logo takes us back to Coruscant’s Jedi Temple during Order 66. Jar Jar Binks is shown saving Baby Grogu. He hides him in a metal basket and leaves him on a river bed. The scene is inspired by Moses and the Ten Commandments.
* We meet Obi-Wan Kenobi’s twin brother, Bob. He finds Baby Grogu. Bob Kenobi opens the basket and says, “Hello There!”
* Mace Windu returns! Another flashback shows us how Mace Windu survived the fall after getting electrocuted in Revenge of the Sith. He fell into a Bacta Tank.
* Darth Vader is looking for Kenobi. You know what that means, right? Round 3! Fight!
* Vader and Kenobi fight on another volcano planet. Darth Maul shows up. Kenobi escapes on a pink Vespa. Robert Rodriguez is rumored to direct this episode.
* We see the first Snoke clone. The clone has no penis.
* Reva is an undercover hero on a secret mission. By the end of S2, we find out she is Reva Amidala and cousin to Padme. She becomes queen of Naboo.
* Darth Maul kidnaps Luke Skywalker.
* Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru are aliens.
* Christopher Walken will play a new character named Count Villainato. Rumor is he’s Vader’s secret apprentice.
* Twist ending! The Mandalorian is related to Kenobi.
* Twist ending #2! Palpatine is building pocket sized Death Stars. It's revealed that each of the Death Stars is 1,000 times more powerful than the original Death Star and can easily fit in your pocket. They will be ready in 100 years, just in time for future sequels. They are being built by the Gungans.
* Twist ending #3! Star Wars doesn’t take place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. It takes place right now. Mind blown!
* End credit scene shows Boba Fett talking to Yoda on Dagobah. Yoda asks Boba Fett to help Kenobi rescue Luke. Season 3?
