Acolyte Sith mask inspired by Pulp Fiction Gimp and Slipknot
The Dark Side just got a whole lot kinkier!
In a shocking revelation, the designers of the new Sith mask in 'The Acolyte' series have revealed that their inspiration came from none other than The Gimp from 'Pulp Fiction' and Slipknot's iconic masks.
According to sources, the design team was like, "You know what would make this mask truly terrifying? If it looked like it belonged in a bondage club on the outskirts of the galaxy! Now Star Wars fans can channel their inner Gimp-Sith at the next Comic-Con.”
And thus, the latest Sith mask was born – a glorious amalgamation of intergalactic malevolence, leather and zippers.
When asked about the unconventional inspiration, the show's creator admitted, "We may have gotten a little carried away with the design. But if you think the mask is weird, just wait until you see our limited edition popcorn bucket!”
The new mask has already sent shockwaves through the Star Wars fandom, with some fans hailing it as a stroke of genius and others decrying it as "a crime against the Dark Side." Either way, it's clear that the Sith have finally found a way to make the Dark Side look interesting to say the least."
